RhythmQ and RQAwards is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team to continue our reach across North America

We want you to get promoted to Account Executive within 12 months.

This is a remote position or can be based out of the Mississauga office.

**30% First Response to Inbound Leads**
- Qualify inbound leads to learn if we're a great fit Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads until they are sales-ready and willing to take the next step in the sales process
- Focus on responsiveness, and help customers get where they're looking to go

**30% Outbound Lead Generation**
- Conduct market research and reach out to people who are in need of our platform.
- Nurture a pipeline of prospects who have asked you to reach out when the time is right
- Create content that helps prospects with each stage of their buying journey

**30% Product Demos with your Account Executive**
- We want _you to get promoted_ to become an Account Executive. Spend time learning new skills alongside your AE and learn how to properly sell RhythmQ products
- Continually practice and hone your skills alongside successful selling members of RhythmQ

**10% Grow and Develop**
- You'll have 1-1 access to your leader who is committed to your growth. Use this time to give and get feedback on what you need to get to the next level
- Read and research
- give yourself some time to sharpen the sword
