We are actively looking to fill the following role at our Ajax Project located near Kamloops, British Columbia.
- **Data Coordinator (7 month contract - Part-time (20 hours a week)) - 113-2023**
**Scope of the role**
The Data Coordinator will carry out duties to organize documentation and data by assisting with the review and cataloging of historical information of the Ajax Project
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Security protocols
- Provides administrative support to the project as required
- Review historical hard copy documents and assist with process to determine importance
- Review soft copy data and assist with process to determine importance
- Catalogue or delete/destroy documentation as directed
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
**Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**
- Previous experience in a professional office environment handling and organizing business documents.
- Must be attending or completed a post-secondary education program.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Ability to follow instructions
- High degree of professionalism - including confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to safely lift and handle moderately heavy loads
- Comfortable working in an office and outdoor environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of typical office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
