**WE ARE HIRING A FULL TIME PROJECT MANAGER IN LIVERPOL NOVA SCOTIA**

Covertite Group of Companies is currently seeking a Project Manager in Liverpol Nova Scotia

The individual works closely with the operations team, multidisciplinary teams and field staff to coordinate all aspects of the project.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the overall project performance and status from start to finish and in accordance with schedule, specifications and budget. They track cost, schedule, safety, and quality, and keep the Project Manager well-informed of progress, discrepancies, questions, and any impacts on project plan and schedule. Duties and responsibilities include:
Produce, analyze and present various reports, documents and presentations for various internal and external stakeholders

Assist with project budgets and project estimates.

Manage internal and external project communications.

Establish communication with vendors and or suppliers.

Coordinate the distribution of documents between the office and the field team

Organize, coordinate and support team members by executing tasks effectively

Update master project schedules and track budgets monthly to ensure billing accuracy and progress.

Analyze and distribute shop drawings and RFIs.

Control access and maintain FTP site.

Participate, organize and hold meetings with the team.

Participate in the inspection process

Any other related tasks in connection with the position.

Skills and abilities required:
College or University degree is preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, real estate development or related fields.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and MS Project

Knowledge of 365 software and Bluebeam (asset).

Ability to analyze and synthesize.

Handle confidential data.

Demonstrate an analytical and synthetic mind as well as an attention to detail.

Be organized, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders.

Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in English

Attend site meetings

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
