**Job Posting: Bookkeeper**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team and help maintain our financial records accurately and efficiently. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial transactions are properly recorded, and our financial statements are up-to-date.

**Responsibilities**:
**Maintain Financial Records**: Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in appropriate journals and ledgers.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate representation of account balances and resolve any discrepancies.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Process invoices, payments, and collections promptly. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and smooth cash flow.

**Financial Reporting**: Generate financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.

**Expense Tracking**: Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with budgets and financial plans.

**Financial Analysis**: Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on financial data analysis.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.

**Audit Support**: Assist in preparing documentation and providing support during financial audits.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**: Not required but a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role is essential. Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets is highly advantageous.

**Attention to Detail**: A strong eye for detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.

**Organizational Skills**: Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Integrity**: Demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial information.

**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions in a proactive manner.

**Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools.
