**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and file GST/HST returns and other government remittances
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
