As the Finance Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing financial operations and banking activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our retail business. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Financial Management**:

- Overseeing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and external regulations.
- Collaborating with the finance team to develop strategies for optimizing financial performance and achieving business objectives.

**2. Banking & Insurance Management**:

- Managing relationships with banking and insurance partners to facilitate banking and insurance transactions and services.
- Monitoring cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
- Implementing and maintaining banking procedures and controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.

**3. Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and external regulations.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
- Coordinating audits and supporting audit processes as required.

**4. Team Leadership**:

- Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting the professional development of team members.

**5. Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyzing financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
- Providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning processes.

**6. Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including department managers and executives.
- Serving as a point of contact for finance-related inquiries and providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and achieve business objectives.

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- finance, banking, accounting, and/or related work: 6 years (required)
