**Responsibilities**:
Lead Management & Follow-Up**:

- Promptly and effectively follow up with incoming internet and phone leads to answer questions and address concerns.
- Follow-up on customer visits
- Document interactions with potential customers in our CRM system for cohesive experience tracking.
- Correctly record all communication between client and sales associate
- Maintain logs of all calls and allocation of appointments to sales representatives
- Answer all inbound phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and schedule sales and service appointments
- Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate databas
- Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments

Customer Engagement & Experience:

- Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied throughout their journey with us.
- Collect feedback from customers and use it to improve our sales and service processes.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure leads and customers are well-serviced and informed.
- Provide periodic reports and insights from customer interactions to guide strategy and improvements.

Continuous Learning & Development:

- Stay updated with our product offerings, promotional campaigns, and any other relevant updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 2 years + of customer service/telemarketing experience in a managerial role preferred
- Sales or call center manager or similar position background is a must
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not a must
- Experience in a BDC department preferred
- Must have experience conducting at least 100+ outbound calls per day
- Managerial experience preferred

**Skills**:

- Proficient in CRM software and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated effective time management and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Must be computer literate in all Microsoft programs ( word, excel )

**Qualities**:

- Passionate about customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Ability to think on the feet and handle challenging customer situations with grace.

**Licence/Certification**:

- Ontario Driver's License (required)
- OMVIC (required)

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Customer service/Telemarketing: 2 years (required)
- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Sales: 2 years (required)
- Automotive Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Automotive BDC: 1 year (preferred)
- Team Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (preferred)
- Ontario Driver's License (required)
