This position is currently based in North Vancouver, but we have multiple locations through BC and AB

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, Schedule, and Plan daily moving crews, drivers, and trucks efficiently.
- Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to optimize resources, address any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Detail and log crew hours, mileage, and materials used
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills, professionalism, and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven result orientated track record
- Previous experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a related field within the moving and storage industry is (preferred)
- Previous experience in Home Services (Asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and enthusiastic personality
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and GPS systems.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices (Asset)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
