**About the role**:
As Customer Marketing, Manager - North America you will develop, manage, execute, and track demand generation programs that create pipeline for customer cross-sell, upsell, and retention across North America (NA) markets. This will involve a combination of strategic planning and creative execution of growth-focused, inbound and outbound programs (including customer-focused Events) that achieve KPI targets and goals.

You'll need to be organized, decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and with autonomy. Most importantly, you'll be creating a best-in-class customer marketing practice for our NA markets that embeds our ethics and compliance solutions more deeply within client businesses, helping their leaders and employees create sustainable, ethical cultures. You will work collaboratively across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver on customer-focused demand generation initiatives.

**What you'll have the opportunity to do**:

- Be accountable for existing client growth, not simply delivery of leads. Effectively partner with NA customer success leadership to deliver high potential opportunities and impact revenue growth in key client markets.
- Build and manage best-in-class inbound/outbound demand generation programs with multi-channel experiences that create consistent pipeline. Nurture customer relationships throughout a variety of lifecycle stages and touchpoints, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, referral, and renewal.
- Align customer demand generation goals and strategy to campaigns, content, and offers based on segmentation and lifecycle stage in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Continuously optimize customer experiences and marketing approaches using product data, team feedback, A/B testing, and industry best practices.
- Utilize our MarTech stack to create the highest efficiency output and seamless, coordinated experiences. Test and learn through the adoption of new features, functionality, and tactics.
- Regularly report on customer demand generation program performance, retention, and revenue impact across defined KPIs (CQLs)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years in Marketing; with previous experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or other customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS organizations preferred
- Demonstrated success with running end-to-end campaigns with stakeholders across multiple teams
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales processes
- Proficient in MS Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight (plus), Influitive (or other similar tools, plus), and project management tools (ClickUp a plus)
- Strong partnership skills with emphasis on collaboration, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Strong understanding of how to analyze data and leverage insights to drive results
- Ability to build and create autonomously within a remote work culture
