**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

Manage all documentation and internal systems used for lease administration, maintenance admin and project management.

Assist in the requests of the tenant allowances during the constructions and post constructions.

Preparing reports and alerting accounting about Rent, percent rent and breaking point.

Coordinate utility account openings when needed.

Assist with project closure phases of store opening projects and documentation.

Coordinate fixture replacements, transfer or repair and install with the involved parties (Vendor, logistic department, IT department, store operation, security, mall operation, Landlords).

Update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.

Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of stores service requests in the third-party system.

Control and oversee the service requests of the stores.

Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned party.

Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action.

Follow up with stores to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain on-going communication with contractors, stores, and team.

**WHO YOU ARE**

**This is what youve accomplished**

University or College Diploma in Business, Project management or related discipline.

1-2 years experience within a real estate environment; retail office experience would be an asset.

Able to deal with all levels within the organization as well as external stakeholders.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle competing priorities and deadlines, and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, or any leasing admin software programs is an asset.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, in English; bilingual (English, French) preferred
