What You Will Get To Do

Reporting to and under the direction of the Supervisor, Administration - Planning and Development, the Planning Clerk II is responsible for:

- formatting and editing reports in eScribe for Committee of the Whole, Council and Public Meetings in a timely manner in accordance with Ontario Planning Act legislation;
- preparing correspondence;
- meeting AODA requirements;
- co-ordinating development agreements;
- creating Purchase Orders, receiving and invoice processing in Puridiom;
- preparing fees for Treasury;
- stamping and distributing mail;
- records retention and filing; and
- other general administrative duties as may be assigned

What You Bring To Our Team

As the successful applicant, you must possess:

- a minimum of a two (2) year Community College Diploma in Office Administration or a related program;
- possess a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience;
- be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), AMANDA and Geocortex; and
- well-developed keyboarding skills.
