Construction Administrative Support Clerk

Hard-Co Construction Ltd. is looking to hire an Administrative Support Clerk for their Project Management / Estimating department who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.

This position is best suited to a detail-oriented individual who possess a self-motivated attitude and who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:
The Administrative Support clerk will be responsible for providing support to the Project Managers and Estimators throughout the bidding and project management process. This individual will be responsible for scanning, entering, renaming and electronic filing much of these departments documents. Additional responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Photocopying and filing hard copy documents as well as drawings
- Typing and revising and combining materials such as correspondence, reports, records, forms, meeting minutes, technical material, etc.
- Entering tender items into payment certificate documents
- Assisting with entering tender items into bidding software
- Assisting Project Managers and Estimators with Viewpoint Software administration
- Assisting with keeping track of locates for jobsites / ordering new locates for jobsites
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Complete word processing as needed, including letters, memos, reports and labels

Skills Required:

- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Extremely organized
- Excellent at multi-tasking and with time management
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to deal with confidential data in a discreet and professional manner

**Bid2Win** and **Viewpoint Construction Software** Experience an **asset.**

**Education**:
Highschool Diploma
