We are seeking a highly energetic, positive, and team-oriented individual to help guide and support our fast-paced business, Ensuring smooth operations and continued success.

**Operations & Engagement Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Develop relationships with clients
- Oversee the corporate Social Media accounts
- Accounts Receivable liaison
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
- Keep databases in check and update them regularly
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Coordinate company social activities
- Purchasing coordination for corporate branded collateral
- Marketing planning along with client-based events

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for 2 years
- Self starter
- Well versed in Social Media platforms
- BSc/BA in office administration or similar relevant field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of office management and accounting processes
- Hands-on experience with office management computer programs (such as ERP)
- Attention to details

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
