As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a positive and collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the needs of the business with the well-being and development of our talented team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Implement and manage performance review processes.
- Work closely with managers to address performance concerns and support employee development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on relevant HR topics.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits and policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are compliant.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
