Data Entry Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Input and update data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and performing quality checks.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to established procedures.
- Retrieve and review data for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed.
- Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as assigned.
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and security.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports and summaries of data as requested by management.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and protect sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computer software and data entry tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
