**Job Description**:
**Full time internship (May
- August) with a possibility of extension or permanency**

**A day in the life**

In your role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible to manage the full cycle recruitment process for entry level production roles;
- Complete background checks, present offers and onboard new employees;
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR Coordinator dincluding job postings, interview scheduling, employee file creation in HRIS, market searches, onboarding new hires, etc.
- Could be called upon assisting with special TA projects such as conducting stay interviews and provide on-ground support during different employee recognition events.

**Qualifications**:

- On-site presence required for training, interviews and onboarding (Minimum three days a week);
- College degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field and experience;
- Excellent client relation, interpersonal and selling skills with a natural ability to build relationships;
- Must be a “roll up your sleeves” type who is focused on achieving results and detail oriented;
- Proven multi tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Entrepreneurial, "Out of the Box" thinking.
