**You as a Site Admin/Receptionist will**:
- Welcome all visitors to the site and direct them to meeting rooms or ensure appropriate person is advised they have arrived
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and the printing of training materials
- Arrange travel and accommodations as needed for employees
- Proactively plan and establish priorities to accomplish goals and deliver on tasks assigned
- Perform Ad-Hoc administrative duties as requested
**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
- You have a focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
- You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite Applications is an asset
