**Summary**:
At Kerr and Kerr Landscaping, we're passionate about crafting and maintaining breathtaking outdoor spaces. We're on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to be an integral part of our team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing company information, and directing questions to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage calendars for company leadership, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Assist with creating, sending, and following up on invoices. Coordinate with the finance department to track payments and manage account receivables.
- Perform other generalist duties as assigned by the General Manager.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours as required.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Hourly Range: $20-25 per hour
- RSP/Pension Plan: Available after successful completion of the probationary period
- Health Spending Account: Available after successful completion of the probationary period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.35-$25.00 per hour
