**Shipping Processing Clerk**

**Job Summary**:
Shipping Processing Clerk accepts and processes incoming stock orders. Performs all functions related to the receipt and storage of factory-sourced parts, accessories, and related materials.

Shipping Processing Clerk Responsibilities:

Inbound Processes:_
- Maintain receiving process, inbound pack list, GR’s, inbound trailer booking
- Maintain, reconcile in transit discrepancies and POD process
- Maintain daily aging reports

Outbound Processes _
- Maintain outbound processes, print and dispatch orders
- Maintain outbound shipment, bill of lading process
- Maintain daily outbound aging reports
- Maintain and monitor all outbound processes
- Maintain HAZMAT shipment records
- _
Other Processes_
- Fact finding and data analysis for root cause analysis
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in Quality/Environmental programs as directed by management
- Support material handlers and team leads with data inquiries and problem-solving
- EBD
- VCE-APS, knowledge of M3 inbound and MOM outbound system
- Manage functional mailboxes
- Daily reporting, KPI and scoreboard
- Maintain stock management inventory adjustments
- Maintain dealer return credits/risk management/ Compass MDR
- Emballage reporting
- Interaction with dealers, resolving customer queries
- Interaction with Mack / Volvo corporate functions
- Safeguard organizational and personal information confidentiality
- Respect and follow the company's business orientation, policies, rules and values
- Contribute to the attainment of company objectives through efficient use of resources
- Foster teamwork and improved communication between sectors
- Develop professional and technical skills
- Act as a worthy representative of Volvo at all times
- Various other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (2) years related experience, knowledge of general office procedures. Distribution related experience inbound and outbound processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under mínimal amount of supervision.
- Organization, typing, data entry skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, decision making, independence, analyzing information, results driven and high energy level.
- PC experience in MS Office programs, Word, Excel, etc.
- These requirements are representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform this job.

**Physical Demands**
- Work requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and bending to perform required filing and searching duties.
- Ability to work night shift may be required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
