Reporting to the Senior Manager, Colleague Experience, you will develop and support programs that enhance the colleague experience across the dealer to attract, engage and retain top talent. This includes programs for recruitment, learning and development and supporting evolving workplace models.

**Job Description**:
The Manager, Colleague Experience will work with their team in partnership with the lines of business and corporate functions in human resources to design and deliver programs that make TD Securities a great place to work and grow your career. This includes the day-to-day maintenance of existing programs as well as supporting the development of new and emerging programs for our evolving workforce.
- Support the development and implementation of the overall Colleague Experience priorities. This includes ideation, design, development, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and resolution of issues.
- Manage program budget, and strive for ongoing operational excellence to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and communicate the benefits/outcomes of programs
- Work with key partners and stakeholders to assess impacts of an initiative on individual businesses; determine priorities and requirements; define options and achieve consensus on data-driven solutions.
- Working with L&D, HR and Talent Acquisition partners, lead and develop colleague experience programs in support of successful new hire engagement and learning outcomes
- Create innovative solutions for evolving workplace models
- Co-ordinate necessary resources to ensure completion by deadlines. Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines
- Define and report program metrics, with an eye towards defining what is working and what is not
- Adapt programs for continuous progress and impacts towards key priorities for the dealer
- Foster an environment / culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism
- Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program, and project managers

**Requirements**:

- Ability to think conceptually and strategically, and a proven track record of being able to turn ideas into action
- Ability to collaborate, form relationships, partner optimally and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and agile environment
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
- Ability to communicate both orally and in written form, with strong influencing skills
- Adept at getting work done through others
- Experience in navigating complex projects in a large organization including technology innovation or regulatory with ability to communicate impact / influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines
- Experience in growing team expertise to align with business demand and the Bank’s direction; assess team skills and capabilities and continually look for ways to provide and enhance the value delivered
- Sound to advanced knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own function / business is an asset
