**RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS**:
Relevant du gestionnaire de la prestation des services (superviseur de production - dans certains emplacements aux États-Unis), le titulaire de ce poste est responsable du traitement, de la tarification (certains emplacements) et de la mainlevée de toutes les expéditions des clients (certaines opérations 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7) conformément aux procédures d’exploitation et aux normes de service de Livingston, en s’assurant que le temps d’engagement est respecté pour obtenir la satisfaction complète des clients.

**PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Assurer le traitement exact et rapide des expéditions, ce qui pourrait inclure tous les modes de transport.
- Créer des déclarations de douane au moyen d’un examen, d’une sélection appropriée des clients et des dossiers des clients, d’une sélection appropriée des fournisseurs et des mots clés, d’une interprétation des documents pour toutes les expéditions des clients, dans le cadre d’un processus en une étape pour les envois de grande et de faible valeur.
- Saisir des renseignements sur l’expédition aux fins de mainlevée (CNS), tarification et facturation, et vérification que tous les champs obligatoires sont remplis et exacts.
- Veiller à ce que la valeur en douane exacte soit déclarée en fonction des détails de la facture et des conditions de vente. Établir la juste valeur en douane et le traitement tarifaire en sélectionnant le bon mot-clé/code SH.
- D’une manière professionnelle, communiquer avec l’analyste de mainlevée et d'importations ou avec l’équipe du service à la clientèle, au besoin, pour les documents, les renseignements ou les instructions manquants nécessaires à la mainlevée d’une expédition.
- Vérifier les documents relatifs aux conditions de mainlevée, à la conformité et à la conformité de la cote (p. ex., certificats de libre-échange).
