**Job Summary**:
The Wholesale Parts Advisor is the Dealership’s parts sales representative. The job includes supplying the required parts and accessories to wholesale customers and e-commerce customers, receiving, storing, shipping and packaging parts, and the accurate performance of designated administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Contact potential new wholesale customers and ask for business.
- Meet or exceed retail and wholesale sales objectives set by management
- Identify the correct parts required from the parts catalogues by assessing the type of vehicle
- Create additional sales opportunities by recommending sales of related parts to the wholesale customers
- Prepare quotations for parts required by customer in case stock is unavailable, check availability in central warehouse and incoming shipments, or initiate procurement request
- Advise wholesale customers of the arrival of special-order parts and back-ordered parts
- Establish healthy and profitable relationships by proactively communicating and following up with the present as well as prospective customers on parts requirements in order to convert pending quotations and in to confirmed sales
- Issue parts for all confirmed sales and generate invoice on confirmation of payment
- In case of unavailability of parts, register the lost sales in the system and depending upon the seriousness of the enquiry raise requests to the purchase department for local purchase or order on emergency basis
- Maintain regular contact with wholesale customers
- Ensure all necessary documentation to enable minimum errors and ensure that the parts are delivered to the customer on time
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

**Qualifications**_**:_
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English and French) highly preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer programs
- Comprehensive experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect
- Valid G license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience working in a dealership service or parts department
- Dealership: 2 years (preferred)

**Schedule**:

- Working hours Monday to Friday
