WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fitness Depot is currently looking for energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our full time sales team in the Thornhill, Ontario area.
- Greeting every customer focusing on building relationships to ensure a customer for life.
- Thorough knowledge of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to influence and close the sale.
- Weekly receiving of product shipments to store level including use of pallet jacks, heavy lifting, etc.
- General maintenance and organization of store and warehouse.
- Merchandizing/pricing of product throughout store showroom.
- Use of stores point-of-sale systems and answering of phones.
- Opening and closing store procedures.

Qualifications:

- Background in strategic sales technique.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to handle objections with empathy to close the sale.
- Qualify customers to achieve a need assessment to determine the right product to achieve the customer’s goals.
- Demonstrate and influence customers based on their needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proactive, self motivated individual that thrives in a sales environment.
- Strong lead handling and customer follow up.
