**BRANCH ADMINISTRATION CLERK**

(Full-time, permanent)

**More about the position**

Reporting to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager, the Branch Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the Provencher branch operations. He or she ensures that all assigned branch operations activities are in compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations as well as the Caisse’s internal policies and procedures.

**What you bring**:

- 1 to 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of skills and experience
- Well versed in the functionality of the Caisse’s T24 banking system
- Good knowledge of branch operations, policies and procedures
- Detailed oriented and good auditing skills in order to ensure compliance to policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in French is required, both written and verbal (intermediary is fine)
