**Sales Executive - Towner & Partners Design Consultants**

**THE COMPANY**

Towner & Partners is a multi-disciplinary design studio in architecture and interior design. We offer integrated design service in residential and hospitality architecture.

Our mission is to create client-centric designs that enable businesses to turn their design aspirations to realities on time and within budget. We do this by offering a one-stop design, build and project management service to streamline the design and build cycle of building projects for all stakeholders.

In line with our newly set up studio in Toronto, we are hiring part time sales executives to help us to market our service to hotels, restaurants, contractors, developers, and builders.

**YOU**

We are looking for dedicated performers who can excel in a result-driven environment, someone who know the importance of planning, time management, and execution according to goals. You have at least two years inbound prospecting experience with cold-calling and outbound direct sales experience with B2B clients. You are skillful in answering objections and have a positive attitude that can turn negative outcomes into positive suggestions. Working remotely at a start because of Covid, you will be highly productive to meet set goals for lead generation, cold
- calling, in-person presentation, and closing.

**THE JOB**

**A typical process to execute this job well will be**:
**Prospecting (Leads Generation)**

At the outset, leads will be supplied by the company

**Create lead account in CRM Platform-**

You will begin the sales activities by creating new prospect accounts in the CRM platform. In addition to given leads, you are expected to source for other leads through web search of social media platforms.

**Cold-Calling -**

With the lead account created, you will make calls to the prospects (decision makers) to arrange for sales presentation meetings. You are expected to make a required number of cold-calls a day to meet required number of sales meetings.

**Sales Meeting Attendance**

The outbound portion of the job is to attend meetings with the clients, at times with designers of the firm.

**Client Relationship Maintenance**

**CRM platform Maintenance**

All activities are to be documented and updated in the CRM platform.

**Deal Closing**

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduate with a diploma or degree in marketing.
- Have workable knowledge in Windows (office), Photoshop and Zoom.
- At least 2-years direct sales experience.
- A result-driven go-getter and able to work independently.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Possess “G” license and a vehicle will be an asset.

**PAY AND BENEFITS**
- Monthly $1200 to $1500+ commission
- Total hours 20/week (Mon to Fri).
- Commission on signed contracts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers: 2 years (required)
