We are seeking a passionate individual who's detailed oriented. Their responsibilities include prepping and cooking orders, following standardized recipes and portion sizes in a fast paced restaurant. Ensuring HACCP and all food safety and cleanliness are being followed. Deep knowledge of food handling, storage and safety guidelines.
Prep, date, label and stock food for busy service.
Clean and organized all kitchen work stations, storage areas and equipment.
Follow kitchen opening and closing procedures and adhere to proper food handling and safety guidelines.
Must be willing to work weekend nights.
