Our portfolio includes products for video management, lecture capture, live streaming, video conferencing, digital asset management, video test proctoring, digital media accessibility, digital archiving and compliance, and real-time audience response systems.

We have legal headquarters in Delaware with primary U.S. offices in Silicon Valley, California and Canadian offices in Toronto.

**About the Role**
- Develop and build relationships with our enterprises through delivering outstanding training and onboarding experiences
- Have a working understanding of how SaaS-based products work and how to support customers to use these products
- Own end-to-end resolution of technical issues of our SaaS-based Enterprise Video Platform
- Communicate and support current customer relationships
- Provide in-depth training of SaaS-based products directly to existing clients.
- In-office Monday to Friday. No WFH options available.

**About You**
- Excellent problem solver with native-level written and verbal communication skills
- You possess at least 1-3 years of customer support experience, including the ability to demonstrate a strong level of communication skills
