About MJ Window Ltd.

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in financial software.
