We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 24K CONTRACTING LTD. as a key member of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers.
- Journal Entries and Trial Balance: Post journal entries and prepare trial balance of books to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
