**Your role as Clinical Quality Specialist, Intake and Flows**

Reporting to Marc Robin, Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clinical operations, technical teams, and data analytics division to enhance clinical quality and ensure a seamless patient experience. By taking on this role, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement of clinical quality and operational efficiency within our virtual care institution, ensuring that both healthcare providers and patients have the best experience possible.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage and optimize our intake systems, including updating the intake source of truth, ensuring consistency in tone and copyright, overseeing updates, establishing priorities, and executing technical changes
- Actively monitor feedback channels to gauge user experience, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards
- Provide insights on product features, suggest potential improvements, and lead necessary technical changes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Assist managers and project teams in identifying and estimating solutions for various challenges and needs
- Review and enforce guidelines for all changes made to CP text templates
- Offer support to the Data team, providing a unique perspective to assist in their requests and ensure data-driven decisions are made with a comprehensive understanding of our operations
- Manage conflicting requests, prioritize tasks based on business value, and align stakeholders for big projects
- Occasionally support the provider stream, offering a second opinion, assistance, and execution as needed
- Coordinate training and rollout activities with Service Operations, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-versed in the intake process and any new implementations

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Previous experience in managing user intake and conversational tools.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and quality assurance processes.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
