**The medical aesthetics clinic specializes in** cosmetic medicine & laser/light treatment such as photorejuvenation, injectables, chemical peels, acne/acne scarring treatments, skin tightening, laser resurfacing ablative and non-ablative, laser hair removal and as well as body contouring/tightening treatments with Coolsculpting, Emsculpt,Vanquish, Exilis and other treatments.

**Main responsibilities include**:
**1. Guiding Patient Journeys**:Lead patients through clinic visits with care and precision, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying experience.

**2. Efficient Time Management**: Optimize appointment schedules, minimizing wait times and maximizing clinic productivity.

**3. Patient Advocate**: Be the friendly face, addressing concerns, and ensuring each visit meets patient expectations.

**4. Effective Communication**: Convey patient history and goals to the medical team, enabling personalized care.

**5. Tailored Experiences**:Collaborate on personalized treatment plans, aligning with patients' objectives.

**6. Harmonious Clinic Flow**: Maintain balance between patient volume and staff capacity for a tranquil environment.

**7. Problem-Solving Pro**: Navigate challenges to keep the patient journey on track and seamless.

**13. Invoicing and Payments**:Generate accurate invoices for services rendered and process payments using the appropriate billing systems.

**14. Patient and Provider Liaison**:Serve as a key point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in medical office management is a plus.
- Spoken and written proficiency in French and English
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, medical office administration or related customer service roles is preferred.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
