En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, Ventes internes, vous travaillerez avec nos équipes de **Québec et Moncton** au traitement des demandes et des réservations des clients. De plus, vous chercherez à élargir votre clientèle en sollicitant de façon proactive des clients inactifs et des entreprises avec lesquelles TIP ne fait pas encore affaire. Vous serez responsable d’appels de vente entrants et sortants (et d’occasionnelles rencontres virtuelles), de la préparation et de la présentation des soumissions, de la croissance de notre clientèle ainsi que de la saisie de données.

En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes:

- Rechercher de nouveaux clients au moyen d’appels de télémarketing, de sollicitations à froid et de courriels en vue d’élargir notre clientèle.
- Effectuer du profilage et mettre à jour l’information sur les clients dans Salesforce pour gérer les comptes.
- Gérer tous les appels entrants de vente et de demande d’information.
- Établir et entretenir des comptes ayant un volume élevé de transactions pour s’assurer de répondre à tous les besoins des clients de manière réfléchie et en temps opportun.
- Travailler avec les membres de l’équipe de la succursale pour gérer les comptes et élargir la clientèle en vue d’accroître les revenus.
- Stimuler les revenus issus de toutes les sources et les régions possibles, de nouveaux clients comme des clients actuels, y compris les revenus provenant des services de pièces et d’entretien.
- Atteindre les cibles, les buts et les objectifs mensuels.

Compétences et habiletés requises:

- De deux à cinq ans d’expérience dans un poste de vente dans un bureau
- Expérience en vente dans l’industrie du transport, un atout
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite, y compris pour les réunions virtuelles
- Aptitude à travailler directement avec les clients et à promouvoir la marque TIP
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et informatiques, incluant une connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office
- Attitude axée sur les objectifs et les résultats
- Capacité d’établir des priorités et d’accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Motivation, autonomie et capacité d’obtenir des résultats dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent rapidement
- Efficacité et esprit d’équipe
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
