Bothwell-Accurate is looking for an **AR Billing Administrator** to join the Accounting team. The Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely preparation, processing of customer invoices as well as maintaining internal customer relationships and utilize those relationships to resolve issues and improve day to day processing activities. The Administrator will be accountable to achieve individual objectives/goals.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Prepares monthly progress billing package to general consultants or customers ( submits to clients portal if required )
- Reviews contract provisions affecting invoice submission requirements and deadlines, to ensure that job set-up are aligned accordingly
- Prepares updated monthly billing sheets for Production/PMs
- Coordinates with the Estimators & Site Supervisors on unapproved completed extras, assist in following up approval with the clients Project Managers/Accountants/Coordinators
- Effectively communicate with various internal partners to resolve issues that affect receivables, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Prepares project accounts receivable reconciliation and works with customers to resolve billing disputes and short payments
- Reconciles, process and issues holdback invoices
- Assist and coordinates with AR Collection
- Provides schedules and assist in the year audit requirements
- Achieve individual objectives/goals
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education preferred
- 1-3 years account receivable billing experience
