Our company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record all lead and call activity through internal CRM software;
- Provide timely and accurate information for all prospective customers;
- Utilize marketing materials & marketing automation tools to support outbound lead generation;
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to qualify leads within specific territories;
- Consistently provide feedback to Management regarding performance;
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Develop action plans to pursue leads; follow up on prospects; Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of internal staff and customers;
**Requirements**:

- Growth and sales focused
- A track record of achievements or competition
- Comfortable with cold calling to uncover new business in a metric driven environment.
- Past experience in Business Development, Tele Sales/Marketing, or Inside Sales is a must
- Ability and aptitude to work with numbers
- Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written (essential)
- 2+ years customer service experience and/or B2B sales
- A growth mindset, with a strong desire to improve your sales skills through coaching and mentorship
- The ability to quickly challenge assumptions, objection handle, and come up with creative solutions to keep the action going
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be fluent in English;
- Flexibility is a must

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
