**Job Description**:
We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the specialized role of Business Development Manager, you will be a key member of our Roofmart Sales Team.
Your role will be to manage, support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as develop new customers. The exciting and challenging goal will be to grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers by converting them away from competitor products.

Qualifications:
- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or
- 5 or more years of successful outside sales experience selling value-added, whole solution products to customers within the consumer durables, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other transferable industry
- Valid driver’s license
