**About Us**:
Our team makes up the largest Speech Therapy network in Ontario For more than 15 years, the Speech Associates has been proudly providing in-home and virtual Speech and ABA therapy to clients of all ages and care needs across the province.

Speech Associates contracts over 100 clinicians including Speech Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, ABA Therapists, and Board-Certified Behavioural Analysts. Our Therapists work via virtual, hybrid, and in-person traveling options, while our Administrative Staff proudly support and facilitate the provision of care.

**Role Summary**:
As the ABA Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients have access to reliable care. You will work in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to showcase your problem solving abilities. Reporting to the Patient and Clinician Care Manager, you will work alongside the Speech Services Coordinator to act as a liaison between clients and clinicians.

**Key Deliverables**:

- **Intake Coordination & Service Navigation**:The ABA Services Coordinator will conduct client intakes over the phone while clearly explaining our service model and therapies. They will thoughtfully and intentionally match learners to appropriate care teams
- **Oversee ABA Operations**:Ensure that Instructor Therapists, Senior Therapists and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts act in accordance with the ethics outlined in the BACB handbook
- **Facilitate Patient Care**:Maintain a high standard of practice while adhering to confidentiality, respect and dignity of the client

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in a health related field
- 1+ years experience in service coordination
- Extensive knowledge of ABA Therapy and the BACB Code of Ethics
- Clinic experience an asset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, clients and their families
- A passion for helping others

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
