Job Responsibilities- Pulling and compiling reports through internal software programs- Budget maintenance and bill/invoice payment- Supporting district, all reps and DSM (District Sales Manager)- Playing a part in on-boarding and off-boarding of employees- Attending and participating in district meetings- Following up on initiatives- Supporting in preparing presentations for ABI Senior Leaders- Involvement with company processes and tool- Office management duties (receiving packages, light tidying, organization)- Receiving and following up on customer inquiries
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree in Business or related field preferred- Minimum 1-2 years Sales or Marketing coordinator/admin experience- Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience an asset- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong team work skills and orientation- Excellent problem solving skills- A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks- The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
