The Administrative Assistant is a key support to help ensure the day-to-day operations of programs, tasks and projects are completed. A succesful Executive Administrative Assistant is intelligent, efficient processes and someone who gets it done right the first time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Clients and Directors with Managing Online Registrations
- Execute and revolutionize tasks coming from directors
- Create, Organize and send out program information to clients.
- Monitor communication efficiency to determine the effectiveness of current methods

**Assets**:

- Prior experience as on office administrator/ administrative management/ administrative assistant
- Intelligent, efficient processes and someone who gets it done right the first time.
- Proficient with Google sheets; formatting, filtering, data manipulation
- Proven ability to change focus and re-prioritize in a very fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Trust, Communication and Perseverance
