Using your in-depth knowledge of the Official Languages Act, you’ll provide consulting, guidance and recommendations to advance FCC’s official languages maturity.
**What you’ll do**:
- Research, design and implement official languages programs, initiatives, and action plans
- Monitor and evaluate initiatives to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
- Provide expertise, direction and coaching to other business units
- Foster linguistic duality and an inclusive workplace
**What we’re looking for**:
- Team player who can collaborate with a variety of business units and stakeholders
- Strong communicator able to consult with different audiences and implement effective tactics
- Continuous learner with the ability to stay current on best practices
**What you’ll need**:
- In-depth knowledge of the _Official Languages Act_ and related policies and directives
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, education or French literature and at least three years of experience in employment equity, diversity or inclusion (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A solid understanding of change management concepts
- Ability to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages
