Responsibilities:

* Acquire surface rights for our clients through negotiation and consultation with landowners and stakeholders
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and government agencies
* Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
