**STORE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT COORDINATOR**

**Temporary Opportunity - Approximately 9-12 Months**

Parian Logistics provides corporate shared support services and third-party logistics to a group of affiliated Canadian retailers, including Urban Barn, Auld Phillips, Warehouse One, Ricki’s, Bootlegger, and cleo. Parian Logistics’ corporate support services include accounting and finance, logistics and distribution, digital marketing, customer service, information technology, real estate and store construction services.

We are looking for a temporary **Store Development Project Coordinator**to join our team in Winnipeg This position is responsible for assisting in the design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of four retail chains (_Warehouse One, Bootlegger, Ricki’s, and cleo_.) This position, reporting to our Director of Construction, is responsible for supporting our stores’ physical environments and ensuring that our customers find a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

**What you’ll be a part of**
- Producing construction drawings for new stores and existing store renovations (AutoCAD/Revit)
- Assisting Project Managers with generating and issuing final drawings and specifications ready for landlord approval
- Working in collaboration with stakeholders for modification and conception of small renovation projects, working in collaboration with the store development team
- Coordinating all types of retail projects, including repair and maintenance projects of varying sizes
- Communicating with stores, landlords, vendors, consultants, and service providers with respect to various retail projects
- Coordinating the shipment and delivery of freight and materials for each construction or maintenance project
- Completion of various administrative functions related to the design, construction, renovation, or maintenance of stores
- Supporting the store development team on all design phases and development including the preliminary scope of work
- Reviewing, annotating, and distributing all architectural plans, details, revisions, and store drawings
- Communicating with landlords and jurisdiction representatives for approvals, when needed
- Updating and maintaining all store design information (architectural package, store plans, revisions, details, and schedules)
- Updating and maintaining drawing libraries and fixture catalogues

**What you bring**
- Post secondary education in architecture, interior design or environmental design is preferred, but not mandatory
- A customer orientation and provides a high level of internal customer service
- Construction project coordination experience is an asset
- AutoCAD and/or Revit training from a post-secondary educational institution
- Knowledge of Canadian building codes
- Strong organizational skills and project coordination skills
- Has the ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong team work and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the retail industry (strong asset)
- *a portfolio showcasing designs within AutoCAD will be requested during the recruitment process
