**POSITION**: Marketing Coordinator REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Little Northern Bakehouse to join our Marketing team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work with internal teams to support projects such as developing marketing materials and content, be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, ensuring deliverables are met, and reporting on the success of each project. You will act as a brand ambassador and communicate the brand's message through customer service, social media, and events.

EXPERIENCE
- You have a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field
- You have 1 to 2 years relevant experience working in a similar capacity
- You have experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- You have experience with Google Analytics, WordPress and social media platforms
THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Support Marketing Director to deliver on consumer communication programs
- Work with agencies to deliver programs, including PR, digital, packaging and events
- Work closely with Marketing Director and team, providing support for projects such as coordination of photo shoot elements, proofing and printing materials, presentation preparation, sales support requests, filing and data entry and other duties as assigned
- Lead the project management of various marketing initiatives through project management software, Wrike
- Take part in social media and content planning, managing the creation of posts, scheduling and more
- Track, measure, and document results of marketing activities, making recommendations for changes, deletions, or upgrades to future activities
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and keep FAQ / Consumer Response document up to date by working with Product Development & Quality Assurance
- Assist with the development and manage distribution of digital newsletters
- Update website content; blog posts, announcements, new products and more
- Work with Trade Show Coordinator to plan, execute and attend consumer and trade shows and interact with customers and consumers within Canada and the United States representing the company and brand, Little Northern Bakehouse (5-6 shows planned annually)
- Manage edits to print materials, maintain stock and reorder as requested
- Manage and track requests for samples and coupons
- Track and report on invoicing for marketing related expenses
- Keep internal and brand documents up to date
- Other duties as assigned
OTHER
- Will be required to represent the company at events on some weekends and evenings, as the job requires
- Travel to events within Canada and the United States
