**Position Overview**:
Are you a university student with a knack for digital marketing and creative content? We have an exciting opportunity for you Join us for a year-round position that offers part-time hours during the school year and full-time engagement in the summer. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Bloomin' Easy Plants, you'll be a key player in promoting our unique plants to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your role includes:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop and execute engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to boost brand awareness and engage our audience.
- **Content Creation**:Craft persuasive copy for online campaigns and product descriptions.
- **Paid Advertising**:Oversee effective paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Campaign Optimization**:Analyze data to identify opportunities for increased sales.
- **Data Analysis**: Scrutinize data to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business Administration, or related program (university students preferred).
- Prior digital marketing and e-commerce experience is advantageous.
- Strong creative and adaptable mindset with a passion for online marketing and plant-related content.
- Proficiency in data analytics and social media platforms.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative team player.
