We are currently seeking a Full Time Security/Facility Coordinator for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Security/Facility Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and identifying vehicle thefts, vandalism or any illegal behavior throughout the GTAA parking facilities through our video surveillance and parking systems software, while providing related information to all stakeholders and working closely with the GTAA management and Peel Regional Police; oversee mobile enforcement and infraction notices inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with management to develop, prepare, and implement video security procedures and policies.
- Develop action plans to prevent/reduce illegal and criminal activities ensuring the safety and security of customers and staff.
- Review and complete camera and system check at the beginning of every shift.
- Identify stolen vehicles, vandalism or any illegal or criminal activity through the surveillance system.
- Identify and capture the stolen vehicles Entry/Exit information by running parking duration reports through different software systems and create a file.
- Review, capture and send video footage, along with relevant customer/parker information to all stake holders i.e. Indigo, Peel Regional Police and GTAA.
- Update and circulate the Stolen Vehicle Log to Indigo Management, Peel Police and GTAA.
- Work with internal resources to communicate and deliver internally and externally.
- Ensure the safety of the facility and its users, identify Vehicles of Interest (VOI) through daily facilities inspection.
- Ensure mobile enforcement is conducted and tracking log is maintained.
- Ensure infraction notice inquiries are responded to daily.
- Compile reports and maintain tracking logs.
- Update and circulate the tracking logs to Indigo Management and other required stakeholders on daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure all requests are actioned immediately within the expected timeline based on priority and urgency.
- Ensure that all pending requests and investigations are followed up on daily.
- Other assigned duties.

Working Conditions:

- Office environment, working independently.
- Must be mobile physically and able to walk the parking area in question to complete incident reports.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong communication and written skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback.
- Ability to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in general
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and detail
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to recognize the urgency of situations and requests.
