**Qualifications**:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, College/CEGEP.

7 months - 1 year experience of same role in supply chain/logistics industry.

Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of trucking operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Manage and maintain transportation documentation, such as bills of lading, CBSA intact exam forms, and other relevant records.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, brokers, and drivers to arrange pick-up and delivery schedules while optimizing route efficiency.
- Prepare and process all customs documents for International & U.S. shipments.
- Communicate with customers to provide shipment status updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in transportation operations
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers and carriers, addressing any operational concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively address potential delays or disruptions in delivery schedules and implement contingency plans when necessary.
