Job Summary:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, allowing our employees to work effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Log all help desk interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams for further investigation and resolution
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common technical problems and their resolutions
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role
- Punctuality, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and VPN technologies
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of remote desktop tools for providing remote
- Basic understanding of Firewalls, Switches, Office 365 management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.95-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
