Westvac has three divisions carrying an extensive product line, including Heavy & Automotive Vehicle Lifts, Wheel Servicing Equipment, Garage Equipment, Hydro Excavators, Street Sweepers, Garbage/Refuse Trucks, Fire Apparatus, Municipal Articulating Tractors, Sewer Flushing Equipment, Sewer Camera Inspection Equipment, and a variety of other equipment.

**Office Manager**

Westvac Industrial Ltd. is looking for a driven fulltime Office Manager to oversee our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan location.

Working out of our Saskatoon branch, this unique role requires the individual to lead this location in accordance with the business’ strategic goals and company values. This leadership position is for a self-motivated and driven individual that thrives off growth and results. With the consistent priority being development and success of the branch, this individual will create and maintain a team environment while ensuring all policies, procedures, and protocols are followed by staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Office Manager or Operations Manager role.
- Post-secondary education in an aspect of Business Administration would be an asset.
- Experience in a municipal/industrial equipment related industry is a large asset.
- Natural leadership, coaching, and guidance skills; a shown capacity to be a mentor.
- Strong display of understanding financials and operating the location efficiently.
- Proficiency in establishing/enforcing processes and policy.
- Solid problem solving and decision-making abilities are a must.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Outlook.
- Positive attitude with the ability to self-motivate themselves and a team.

**Responsibilities**

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Working in tandem with head office to manage all day-to-day operations of the location.
- Create consistency between head office's steps/functions and that of the Saskatoon Location.
- Perform administrative duties, including completion of invoices, work orders, warranty approvals, expense forms, etc.
- Approve timesheets, verifying accuracy for invoicing.
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and complete orientations of new employees.
- Over time, become extensively familiar with all equipment lines to become a Westvac Industrial Ltd. product expert.
- Oversee the logístical needs of the branch and the employees.
- Be an active member of our Safety Committee and the Branch’s Safety Representative.
- General upkeep of the office and shop (cleaning/organizing/etc.)
- Oversee and schedule any maintenance issues for the company’s building.
- Oversee and schedule any maintenance required of the company’s fleet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
