**Title** - Integrated Systems Support Specialist

**Reporting to**: Integrated Systems Manager

**Description of Job Responsibilities**:

- Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations.
- Convert ERP Quotes into Sales orders
- Review sales orders to ensure everything matches QuoteWerks
- Make necessary notes in sales orders for purchasing.
- Contact customers when required for credit card payment information.
- Regularly follow up on orders waiting for the supplier's product.
- Daily review of CSR report to identify/follow up on orders.
- Create shipping documents and send them to the warehouse (print pick slip)
- Communicate with the customer about shipping information when required
- Invoice shipped orders send RMA to customers for product return.
- Issue credit notes to customers
- Participate in annual inventory counts and reconciliation, including time required after the close of a typical business day. Based on business needs, needs duties as required by Hoskin management.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Partner with key stakeholders, such as sales, finance, service, and shipping.
- Work with our CRM program and related systems to capture customer information and activities.
- Working knowledge of systems and experience in manufacturing is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a related Science discipline would be a definite advantage.
- Must present and communicate professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
- Possess proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company.
- Possess strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment to meet or exceed goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
