_**Opportunity in Professional Regulation**_

As part of a dynamic team and reporting to the Registration Manager, the Registration Assistant will play a key role in our registration process.

**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Supports project teams and management by providing feedback on methods for managing and processing registration information.
- Exhibits proficiency with web-based data management software.
- Undertakes other tasks and projects, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A University degree is required.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Direct experience working in health regulation preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and Adobe Acrobat required.

**Skills**:

- Exhibits strong customer service orientation and excellent attention to detail.
- Respects confidentiality and privacy obligations.
- Manages and organizes a complex workload.
- Excellent professional writing skills.
- Employs effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and other stakeholders which may include committee members and the public. Able to recognize needs of a particular audience and modify communications to match those needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA).
- Experience in health regualtion.
- Fluency in French considered an asset.

**Strong French and English language skills are considered an asset.**
