**Lions Digital Solutions (LDS)** offers courses for different programs, from selling Amazon products & Airbnb hosting, to launching online marketing agencies. **About the Role**

Lions Digital Solutions is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager that will deliver both strategic and tactical HR support to business leadership and team members. Because of the small but fast-growing nature of the company, we seek someone who has been with a small company and grown their team and their processes. We seek the problem-solver, the strategist, the process-builder, the multi-tasker, the recruiter, the benefits administrator, and more. This person will readily reach out, seek out answers, and provide HR and process-based solutions to problems that the company wasn’t even considering

The company provides multiple course offerings, and the HR Manager will provide the direction on talent acquisition, performance management, and more for each program offered.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide leadership, structure, and direction to the HR Department
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and drive operational strategy and hiring needs in alignment with the organizational vision
- Create and manage HR processes focused on onboarding, compensation, performance management, talent management, and compliance
- Manage and conduct the talent acquisition process, including international recruitment, interviewing, and hiring - we are growing and have a lot of open positions
- Develop HR metrics to measure the success of the recruitment cycle including time to hire, # of hires, turnover status, and employee engagement
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies
- Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws and regulations, recommend best practices; review and modify policies and practice to maintain compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, growing a team and supporting operations
- Thorough knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organization design, diversity, performance management and human resource procedures, policies, federal/state/international HR laws and regulations, and employee benefits
- Excellent consultative, influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Work with mínimal up-front guidance and the ability to take ownership of work product
